What is your Warranty?

Communications Hardware Exchange offers a Lifetime Warranty on most hardware we sell. If for some reason the warranty offered is not Lifetime, then we will inform you and notate all documentation to the length and reason for the adjusted warranty. Our warranty excludes but is not limited to; acts of God such as flood, fire, or other natural disasters, lightning or power surges, misuse, mistreatment, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, lack of proper maintenance, improper storage, abnormal wear and tear outside industry standards or as defined by the manufacturer, improper installation or configuration, illegal or illicit activity, or attempted repair. We are also not responsible for any injury, loss of property, or harm in any way for faulty or misused equipment.

What are your testing procedures?

In most cases, equipment is tested to the original equipment manufacturers specifications and test reports can be provided upon request. If our products cannot be fully tested you will be notified before the completion of the sale in order to confirm the condition and functionality of the card.

What is your Advanced Return Policy?

We do our best to ensure that every piece of hardware we sell is operating at peak performance before it leaves our dock, however, during the lifespan of the products we sell, occasionally we do have items that for one reason or another cease to work as required. If you should ever experience an equipment failure with one of the products you purchased from Communications Hardware Exchange, we will provide an advanced replacement so that your network is not stalled while the problem is corrected. If we cannot supply an advanced replacement part, we will work with you in an attempt to find a satisfactory resolution to meet your needs. If your equipment is no longer available then we will provide a credit or refund in order to make you whole again.

What is your return or RMA policy?

If you wish to return any equipment that is faulty you must first contact your sales representative in order to obtain an authorization for return merchandise. No RMA’s will be accepted without prior acknowledgment and authorization. We do reserve the right to replace, repair, refund, or credit the customer on a case by case basis and in keeping with our business practices. We also reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee in the event the materials returned are in working condition or Communications Hardware Exchange incurred costs while supplying, purchasing, warehousing, stocking, or shipping said material.

What are your Payment Terms and Conditions?

Communications Hardware Exchange can offer you many payment options including Net Terms, Credit Card, PayPal, and COD.

What are your Pricing and Quote procedures?

We do our best to ensure that every price and quote we supply is accurate. However, in a fluctuating market, supply and demand does change and on occasion, stock items do sell out. Therefore, all hardware is sold on a first come, first serve basis, and unless previously notified, no inventory will be held or promised to any customer without a Purchase Order.

What are your freight shipping terms?

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments from Sellers' warehouse locations to requested Buyers' locations will be shipped via surface freight. Seller will elect point of origin, method, and routing unless otherwise agreed in writing. Freight charges for such shipments may be prepaid by Seller and added to the charges listed on the invoice. Buyer then agrees to reimburse Seller for such freight charges as they appear on the invoice. All shipments are FOB point of origin. Title to goods and risk of loss or damage is transferred to Buyer upon delivery of the ordered items by the Seller to a common carrier.

What are your ground and expedited shipping terms?

We will always do our best to ship in a timely manner and be transparent with our shipping and delivery timelines so that your materials arrive on time. However, there are scenarios that do occur outside of our control. Therefore, Communications Hardware Exchange would like to note that all shipping dates are approximate. If you require your order by a specific date and time we ask that you inform us during your request for quote and no later than the receipt of PO. If the shipping requirements are not documented on the PO or made clear in writing prior to the shipment, we will not assume liability as to when the delivery will be made or to any subsequent problems or issues that arise from a delayed shipment. We also ask our customers to inspect the packaging before accepting the shipment to ensure that liability for damage is properly assigned. Any damage of merchandise during shipment much be reported to your sales representative within 5 business days from receipt of package.
